About Preferred Hospice Care
Dedicated to providing compassionate, dignified end-of-life care throughout Southern California
Our Mission & Vision
We know that end-of-life is a sacred, yet challenging time for patients, family, and friends. Navigating the medical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the final stages of a terminal illness or other condition that leads to this ultimate transition are undoubtedly challenging.
Preferred Hospice Care is here to make this time as comfortable as possible for patients and their surviving family members, caretakers, and friends. Our services are covered by many insurance providers, ensuring accessible care for all who need it.
Preferred Hospice Care is dedicated to providing information, education, and support to family members throughout the process. We take pride in our position as thought leaders in palliative medicine, continuously advancing the standard of compassionate care.

What Makes Us Different
Multicultural & Multilingual Staff
Our service spans the Los Angeles area, including the counties of Ventura, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles. Our staff is multicultural and speaks many—if not most—of the languages prevalent in Southern California. Our compassionate director and staff have assisted many families of varying nationalities and creeds to make their loved one's transition as love-infused and pain-minimized as possible.
Dedicated Care Teams
Each family is assigned a dedicated hospice care nurse who can be reached by mobile phone during their shift. We always have a physician on duty to provide medical services. Our family care representatives include Social Workers and Personal Care Aides who are always available to talk, educate, or counsel our patients and their families.
Comprehensive Support Services
Beyond medical care, we provide spiritual support, bereavement counseling, and respite services for primary caregivers. Our interdisciplinary team includes nursing aides, home health assistants, volunteer companions, psychologists, and clergy or spiritual counselors—all working together to support the whole person and their family.
